Larger business opportunities, managed service consultations, and qualifying projects may include no-cost discovery. For smaller one-time services outside the immediate local area, any travel-related cost will be discussed before scheduling.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about devices, accounts, systems, services, and project requirements
- Maintaining legal rights to access systems, accounts, software, domains, data, websites, and devices involved in the request
- Keeping backups of important data unless backup or recovery services are specifically requested and agreed upon
- Reviewing recommendations, estimates, and service scope before approving work
- Providing timely access, credentials, approvals, and vendor information when needed
No Guaranteed Results
Sasha Digital Solutions works to provide professional, practical, and good-faith technology service. However, we do not guarantee that every device can be repaired, every file can be recovered, every website will rank in search results, every campaign will generate leads, every security risk can be eliminated, or every third-party platform issue can be resolved.
Third-Party Platforms and Vendors
Many services involve third-party systems such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Google, Shopify, IONOS, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, domain registrars, hosting providers, internet providers, cybersecurity tools, payment processors, email platforms, and hardware manufacturers. Sasha Digital Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, platform limitations, vendor decisions, or failures outside our control.
Cybersecurity and Incident Support
Cybersecurity services, Cyber Watch content, threat review, and incident guidance are provided as practical technology support. Cybersecurity cannot be guaranteed to prevent every attack, compromise, breach, outage, scam, or loss. Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, legal notifications, insurance requirements, regulatory obligations, and law enforcement reporting when applicable.
Payment and Billing
Payment terms, deposits, retainers, recurring service fees, project milestones, and refund terms will be defined in the applicable estimate, invoice, statement of work, or agreement. Work may be paused if required information, access, approvals, or payment are not provided.
Intellectual Property
Website content, graphics, code, branding concepts, documents, workflows, templates, and materials created by Sasha Digital Solutions remain protected unless transferred or licensed through a written agreement. Client-provided content remains the client’s responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sasha Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, downtime, vendor outages, or third-party platform failures.
Changes to These Terms
